Widespread use of a consistent set of KPIs can help the industry to achieve both of these objectives by providing a common language for comparison and analysis. To unlock this potential at scale, however, PAYGo solar companies will need to continually improve their performance and attract more diverse capital investment. Over the past decade, the industry has demonstrated the potential to achieve these goals. It was awarded the Prix du Patrimoine culturel immatériel at the Jean Rouch International Film Festival in Paris in 2008.The drive toward a generally accepted set of KPIs for the PAYGo solar sector is rooted in the desire to promote a healthy industry - one that can sustainably deliver energy access and a positive social, economic and environmental impact. Vávrová conducted an interesting experiment with showing films in a Papua New Guinean village whose people had no prior experience of watching films.Ģ Compare Crawford, where in a discussion of the discursive qualities of film he addresses similar questions, put in a different idiom, about the connection between actuality or presence and the critical potentiality of filmic images.ģ This assessment of the effects of filming on Sakumai and other family members is based on my long-term involvement with them and prior filmmaking.
